KOZVAN, Robert passed suddenly on February 17, 2016 in Sacramento at the age of 47.  He is survived by his loving parents, Allan & Roberta, his "Nanny" Mary, brothers, Monte & Moe & sister, DeAnna, nephews, Kenny & Monte Junior, Brandon & Jazmyn, step brothers Gary, Robert, Jeffery, and Richard Bogue, with numerous extended nieces, nephews, cousins, friends & family who loved him dearly.  All are invited to attend a Celebration of life service on Saturday, February 27th, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the VFW, Post #9498, 1708 Lisbon Ave., West Sacramento, Ca  95605
