FAGAN, MARGARET ROSE 01/13/1934 - 03/01/2019 Margaret passed away March 1, 2019. Born on January 13, 1934 in Ben Hall Green, England to Christopher and Rose Stannard, Margaret immigrated to the United States and became a naturalized citizen. She worked as a teacher's aide at Alyce Norman and Elkhorn Elementary Schools for many years. Margaret loved tending to her patio flower garden, going bowling and playing bunko with friends, and making ceramics. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in West Sacramento and the Church of England. Margaret is survived by her daughters, Michele George and Barbara Usrey, both of West Sacramento; sister, Christine Holladay of Cades, South Carolina; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at River Cities Funeral Chapel, 910 Soule St., West Sacramento on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
