Shirley Ann Barrowman, 79, of West Sacramento, California, passed away on December 2, 2025. Born on August 29, 1946, in Coffeyville, Kansas, to Charles and Virginia Booth, she was a loving wife to William "Bill" Barrowman, who preceded her in death on February 3, 2018. Shirley is survived by her son, Jeremy Burlison; sister, Lori Casias (husband Gilbert Casias); stepdaughter, Shannon Barrowman Walling; grandson, Dominic Nossardi; niece Janelle Casias; nephews Brian Casias, Seth Casias, and Joshua Casias (wife Abby Casias); and many friends who became family. Shirley's stepson, Patrick Barrowman, preceded her in death. Shirley was known for her warmth, humor, and the joy she brought to those around her. She and Bill were active members of the River City Falcon Club, where they formed lasting friendships. In accordance with her wishes, Shirley was cremated and will be laid to rest beside her husband. A celebration of her life will be held at Horizon Church, 1300 South River Road, Suite 135, West Sacramento, on January 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
