Lottie Mae Willcox, 83, of Rancho Cordova, CA, passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 29, 2025, at her care facility. Lottie was born on October 14, 1942 in Shawnee, Oklahoma, by parents Susie Howard and William Neighbors. Lottie spent several years in the hospitality industry working for a few hotels/motels as a housekeeper, but mainly as a homemaker for her family of five. She is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years Fredrick Oliver Willcox; children Mark, Karen, Sherri Gary, and two grandchildren, Anna and Nathan. Lottie loved to read, shop, play games, visit with and spoil her family, all while enjoying a fresh, cold Pepsi. She had an affinity for collecting dolls and enjoyed a day at the casino now and then, where she would frequently win something soon after arrival. Friends are invited to join in a memorial celebration of Lottie's life on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 10 a.m. at River Cities Funeral Chapel – 910 Soule Street West Sacramento, CA 95691.
