Eugene Alfred Ramirez came into this world on January 30, 1964 and returned to the arms of his Lord on February 19, 2026. He is survived by his mother, Linda and his brother, Raymond. A visitation of family and friends will be held on March 10th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at River Cities Funeral Chapel with a Christian Service the next day on March 11th at 10:00 am, also at River Cities Funeral Chapel with the burial following the service at St. Mary's Cemetery, 6509 Fruitridge Rd., Sacramento, CA 95820 Flowers and cards for the family may be sent to River Cities Funeral Chapel 910 Soule St., West Sacramento, CA 95691
