Elijah Lopez, age 23, passed away on March 15, 2026. He was born on December 28, 2002, in Sacramento, California. Elijah was a beloved son, brother, nephew, and friend whose kindness and spirit touched the lives of all who knew him. Elijah grew up surrounded by family and friends who cherished his warm heart, contagious sense of humor, and the joy he brought into every room. His laughter carried on and on, leaving a lasting impression and bringing comfort and happiness to those around him. He loved spending time with his loved ones, creating lasting memories, and living life with a genuine and caring nature. He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Clarence Frank Wilkes; his great-grandmother, Margaret V. Wilkes; and his uncle, Frank Wilkes Siaz. He is survived by his loving parents, Sonia Wilkes-Mora and Joshua Mora; his siblings, Irma Mora, Joshua Mora Jr., Isaiah Mora, Rebecca Bell, Jeremiah Mora, and Ezekiel Mora; his nephews, Levi Mora and Kevin Franco; and many extended family members and close friends. A viewing will be held on March 31, 2026, at 4:00 PM at River Cities Funeral Chapel in West Sacramento. A funeral service will be held on April 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM at River Cities Funeral Chapel. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 PM at Camellia Memorial Lawn in Sacramento. Elijah's memory will live on through the love he shared and the many lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
