In loving memory of Charleen Janet Culbertson April 8, 1935 – April 4, 2026 Charleen Janet Culbertson, 90 of Rancho Cordova, California, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 4, 2026. Funeral will be held at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620) in conjunction with River Cities Funeral Chapel on Thursday, April 23 at 2:00pm. Celebration of Life will be held at the Rancho Cordova Moose Lodge (10124 Coloma Road, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670), Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 1:00pm. Charleen was born on April 8, 1935, in Paden, Oklahoma, to Father Henry Dee Clonts and Mother Rebecca Ann Clonts. Charleen was married to Owen Kayler Culbertson on May 14, 1959, in Reno, Nevada. They had two children David Owen Culbertson and Cheryl Marie Dulin. Charleen is survived by her son David Culbertson, daughter Cheryl Dulin, grandchildren Nova Dulin, Peyton Culbertson, Kimber Savidge and Heather Hunter. Charleen will be remembered for her kindness, her manicured nails, good cooking, her love for camping, her pets – dogs, and her family
